I scheduled my oil change here after arriving from Arkansas because I did not have time to have it done before I left. I am very familiar with this area as I was raised here. I scheduled my appointment and brought it in at the time scheduled, 9am. Channing greeted me and we did the walk around on my vehicle. Notibg all the bugs on my vehicle obviously just arrived from a 900mile trip the day, besides stating I needed new tires. Which after the MPI I do not at this exact moment. When we went back to his desk he asked if I wanted to change my air filter. I told him if they take it out and see that I need a new one I will take that step. But he wanted to see me one right away. I had mentioned that my rear passenger break had been squealing and I asked if he could have them take a look at it. He said automatically it would be $185 charge. I told him to forget it I would take it to my hometown dealer where I purchased my vehicle. My dash says my break pad life was about 80% and I’m at 33k miles. I went and sat in the waiting room and started to think every dealership I have gone to consist of a 5point MPI which includes checking break pads and break lines. So I go back by his desk and brought this up to him and he said that was correct but to do a diagnostic check it was going to be $185. Well I didn’t ask for him to do a diagnostic check but to just look at my breaks (included in the MPI) Also he mentioned that it was not under warranty. I wasn’t going to argue with him because at this point it just felt that he was trying to get every penny he could out of me. I went back and sat down until it was my turn to leave and I got my papers to go over myself. I did call my salesman back home and like Channing stated breaks, and wiper blades were not under warranty however if my break pad life was in the green and there is a squealing coming from them then YES that would be covered under warranty and there is something else wrong. Of course my tires were in the yellow but just fell below the green. My breaks were also in the green. Not overly impressed with the customer service by Channing and I won’t deal with him again if I have to come back during a future visit to Michigan. However I don’t want to focus my entire review on Channing. There was a a gentleman by the name of Brad Bright who was extremely friendly came into the lounge area. Talked with myself and others with a smile while he grabbed a drink. There was also a lady cleaning the lounge area at this time who was smiling and friendly.

when I arrived for an oil change, filter replacement and new windshield wipers, Channing urgently suggested other items and I immediately lost confidence in Suskies. I have purchased several vehilcles from Suskie, even though I live in Pentwater which is 3 hours away because I had confidence in Ryan and his father, Bill were helpful, professional and provided exellent customer service. I am extremely disappointed in the changes in the service department and Channing's attitude.

I took my vehicle to dealership for a reason so there would be no guessing why the check engine light came on and after a fortune on repairs that I couldn’t afford the light came back on a week later and was told I have to pay a $185 for diagnostic fee and it turns out it was what I told dealership what the free advance auto plug in said that was not fixed I am extremely disappointed and chose not to have service done there

It seemed a lot longer than it needed to be.That's six weeks and a day. I tried to realize that I had a specific case. But when the parts came in, and it took three weeks after that to complete the work, I was disappointed. The mechanic seemed more than qualified and was very informative as I asked to meet him. He answered all my questions, and it seemed to know what he was talking about. I climbed under my truck and it seemed that things were replaced. I just didn't care for how long it took.... six weeks. The truck works good and i'm glad to have it back.

Lucas Goldman was very good and professional. Nice calm approach to selling a vehicle. Finance manager and closing manager were great as well. Delivery of vehicle was unfortunately not so good. Had to take the truck back twice to the clean up shop. Adhesive all over both sides of the box sides, windows were not cleaned and yellow paint on the drivers door. All were pointed out, they drove the truck back and still didn’t address said issues. Eventually they finally took care of it on the second attempt. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience, just might need to get someone with a better eye for detail and actually do a “walk around” before presenting the vehicle to the customer.

The service department was great. I have a hard time with buying a $60,000 vehicle and only getting 1 free oil change. I bought a truck from Garber and got 4 free oil changes as a thanks for buying the truck from that dealership. This is the third time I’ve had an issue with the way I was dealt with at Suski and this is third vehicle I’ve bought there. Maybe time to find another dealership that appreciates my business.

Technician was nice, helpful and able to get me an alternate vehicle to drive at short notice. Although, Loaner vehicle was not cleaned when provided the first and second time. When picking my car up for the first time the gas was not filled to where i left it when brought in even when i brought back the loaner vehicle with full gas. Then when taking the vehicle back home the vehicle hesitated when driving and there was little to no throttle the first few miles when driving. After driving a few miles the next day it started to drive smoother until the check engine light came on for the same reason. Having the issue be the turbo as the technician said for the first and second time seems a bit odd. Especially when a new part was ordered to replace it. I also told the technician to replace the oil for the car since it was reaching a considerable amount of miles. On the paperwork i received back there is no proof that the oil was replaced. So due to all this i am not sure what to say about the service i have been receiving. I do not want to continue to pay for a car I am not driving when i am provided a car that is not equal or equivalent to what I should be paying for. I think the people are nice but the overall outcome has been poor. Sorry Mr. Suski.

Was very,very frustrated waiting to get my car back! But when I realized you had nothing to do with the parts taking so long to get there, I realized the delay was totally GM’s fault. Just so uggggh!GM! You guys did good once GM got you the parts. Maybe GM should go back to test driving their vehicles more at their test track! Don’t know who the brain was that eliminated that!

I took my truck in for body work for an insurance claim 8/14/2025, I got call on 8/21/2025 to come pick up my truck up. Upon arrival I noticed my driver side door had a large paint chip when there was not one when it was dropped off to the body shop. Bill the body shop manager came out reviewed the damage and took the truck back to get the door repainted. It was also noted that It would need to have PPF replaced and ceramic coating replaced as well. I picked up my truck yesterday (8/26/2025) to the door looking good from a paint quality prospective. Upon further review I noticed I had clearcoat overspray on my driver side rear door and overspray on the inside door edge of the drivers door, strong industrial paint curing smell and dust compound all over my truck interior. It took me 3 hours to reach Bill via phone and he basically told me to bring the truck in and they would resolve it, but gave me the excuses that they didn't have full staffing or this would of been caught. Now I to drive back to the dealer to get this fix when it should of been done right the first time. Not a very good look for a high market dealer in the Birch Run area and to top it off. If i wanted to use my debit/credit card to pay for the purchase, the dealer is going to charge me a 3% premium to use the PoS system for anything over 500 dollars. So I had to drive to the nearest credit union to pull out money. That is insane. I will not be doing any additional business here because of all of this hassle and headache and request that other friends and family avoid this place as well.

My vehicle broke down while on trip with 5 other couples. Sushi was called and dropped car off immediately. They checked the vehicle and diagnosed the problem right away. My experience was completely horrible. First off, I have gotten 3 different diagnosis on my vehicle and every mechanic said I potentially may need a thermostat. Only your rip off dealership found five things I needed including a new radiator. Wow! I took it in on a Monday, found a service coupon early Tuesday morn for a free check engine diagnosis, called service dept only to be ignored with not a phone call back so I could stop the assessment altogether or honor the service coupon. It's all good, I learned a valuable lesson for 185 bucks to never ever step foot on your soil again and have been telling everyone I encounter that your place is no better than s'one robbing a bank. I need no call back unless it is to my home phone message saying you are crediting my acct back in full for the scam you tried to pull on me. Born and raised in BR and expected better in a small town. Shameful shameful so called business you run there.

When I first purchased my vehicle, I had a great experience. Nothing to complain about, the car was nice and didn’t seem to have any issues. However, when my vehicle was in an accident that was not in my control, the dealership body shop was very dismissive and not very helpful when it came to assessing the vehicle. They tried to give me some understanding since I had a loaner, but was still treated in a way that I felt I shouldn’t have been.

Suski's is very good to work with. They offered service appointments during times when I was available. They were on-time starting my service and finished in a timely manner. Made an appointment on line to purchase new tires for my Chevy Silverado Trail Boss truck. Called Monday morning Nov. 17th to confirm. Spoke with Amber.. she asked me if I had check with the parts dept. to confirm the tire type I needed. This was extremely helpful ; I would have never thought to do that research with the parts dept. After dropping off my vehicle I was called and told that my “coolant was expired” by the advisor. I assumed that meant it was something that needed to be done right away. Instead of just an oil change I was had to pay over $400 for a service I was not prepared for. I also needed to take my car to another mechanic the following day to get my tire looked at as it was rapidly losing air despite my vehicle inspection report stating my tires were fine. It also took several attempts to get in contact with anyone at suski to discuss this.

They got me in quickly and did the tire rotation and oil change. I was disappointed that the service advisor was trying to convince me that my 2025 Blazer was due for a Brake fluid exchange. I want to keep my vehicle running in optimal condition but do NOT want to be over sold on items that are not needed. It is not good for my pocket book or the environment. If it is not recommended per the owners manual or service bulletin they should not be pushing it in the service lane. Interesting enough I have never been asked if I want to replace my cabin air filter.

I felt it took too long to diagnose and fix the issue. My appointment was 8am Monday and it took 3 days to diagnose that I needed a new battery. It was an inconvenience for my transportation to and from work. Also, I felt that I should have only had to pay for the new battery and installation and nothing else at that point.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Received a call from the service department saying 3 of my tire pressure sensors went bad and needed replacing! $345 to fix what wasn’t broken when I went in to the building!! No thank you! Went in with no lights on my dash, came home with tire pressure light on!! Amazing how everything was working well when I went in for service and 3 sensors went bad while in their building… my responsibility to replace them!

My salesman, John D. Denne is a real nice, personable guy, I will refer others to him, if given the chance. My only problem was, after getting home, and while looking over the truck, I saw it had over 450 miles on it, before it even left the first dealer in Holland, Mi!!!! That's getting closer to being a demo, instead of a new truck!!!!!! The paperwork all said 88 miles, which I didn't notice until after I got home.
