When one calls to schedule service please let us know what service is currently needed beyond an oil change and tire rotation rather than waiting until one arrives for service. It allows us as customers to prepare for the cost involved. .

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Received a call from the service department saying 3 of my tire pressure sensors went bad and needed replacing! $345 to fix what wasn’t broken when I went in to the building!! No thank you! Went in with no lights on my dash, came home with tire pressure light on!! Amazing how everything was working well when I went in for service and 3 sensors went bad while in their building… my responsibility to replace them!

Suski's is very good to work with. They offered service appointments during times when I was available. They were on-time starting my service and finished in a timely manner. They offered GM recommended service for me to consider. They helped me use my GM Rewards Points. And as always, they refer to my by my name. Plus, the free coffee and snacks in the waiting room is pretty good, too.

I felt it took too long to diagnose and fix the issue. My appointment was 8am Monday and it took 3 days to diagnose that I needed a new battery. It was an inconvenience for my transportation to and from work. Also, I felt that I should have only had to pay for the new battery and installation and nothing else at that point.

Made an appointment on line to purchase new tires for my Chevy Silverado Trail Boss truck. Called Monday morning Nov. 17th to confirm. After dropping off my vehicle I was called and told that my “coolant was expired” by the advisor. I assumed that meant it was something that needed to be done right away. Instead of just an oil change I was had to pay over $400 for a service I was not prepared for. I also needed to take my car to another mechanic the following day to get my tire looked at as it was rapidly losing air despite my vehicle inspection report stating my tires were fine. It also took several attempts to get in contact with anyone at suski to discuss this.

Went to use my $50.00 Service offer that states choose any service available in our service dept.Was told could not be used on a oil change because that it is a special. But the price of an oil change is $89.95 same as it has been for over a year. That is regular price in my book. This is a worthless offer for a car with 13,000 miles.

I brought in my Silverado for service. The mechanic took it into the service area for repair. The truck was in the repair area for 193 minutes while I waited in the waiting room. The mechanic's only repair was to charge the battery. The bill was $193.30. I will NEVER bring my truck to Suski's service department again and I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Suski again.

Bricked my bcm. Then when called back in they told me it wasn't them theres no way they could have done that. When they where the only ones worked on it. First tec told me he was "tuning the radio" lol. Now im out a $300 bcm and $195 for the labor. The young man when it came back in to try and fix was excellent to work with back in the shop but we ran out of time on a friday. He deserves a raise for trying to make things right. They got me in quickly and did the tire rotation and oil change. I was disappointed that the service advisor was trying to convince me that my 2025 Blazer was due for a Brake fluid exchange. I want to keep my vehicle running in optimal condition but do NOT want to be over sold on items that are not needed. It is not good for my pocket book or the environment. If it is not recommended per the owners manual or service bulletin they should not be pushing it in the service lane. Interesting enough I have never been asked if I want to replace my cabin air filter.

My salesman, John D. Denne is a real nice, personable guy, I will refer others to him, if given the chance. My only problem was, after getting home, and while looking over the truck, I saw it had over 450 miles on it, before it even left the first dealer in Holland, Mi!!!! That's getting closer to being a demo, instead of a new truck!!!!!! The paperwork all said 88 miles, which I didn't notice until after I got home.

I went in for an oil change and for diagnosis of an issue I was having. I was told it was one thing, paid to have it fixed ($500) and still had the problem after I left. Called back and was told to bring it back. Brought it back and there was no assistance with at least trying to make things right. I understand there was no code to pinpoint the issue but there should have been more investigation before just switching out parts hoping that was the issue. I did a quick google search to figure out that it was most likely my battery.
